Leila turns 1

It is hard to believe that Leila turned a year old. Where has the time gone? It has been a quick year. She has been such a blessing to our family. She never ceases to make me laugh and keeps a smile on my face. All my grand children make me happy. They all seem to make my day. Some days may be a challenge but they still keep that smile glued to my face. Leila has such a cute personality. She has the cutest scrunched up nose smile. She squeals when she wants something. Rich refers to her as his BP (birthday present) since she was born on his birthday. Also she looks just like him as a baby. It is a little strange to see how she looks so much like him. Of course he loves that she does look like him. It was fun to have all the kids together. It was the first time since all the babies were born that everyone has been together. Richie and Christina were able to come for a couple of days and Alicia, Chris and Austin came from Arizona too. I couldn't be more proud of my family. I have great daughters, sons, sons-in-laws and Richie's girlfriend. I don't think we could have been more blessed with great significant other/spouses for our children. We definitely do know how to have fun and enjoy each others company. Too bad we didn't have other family to share it with. But then that is my life. I am so proud of my family and have the greatest love for each one of them. I am truly blessed to have a wonderful husband to have been able to share these milestones with. He is the love of my life. I count all of my blessings daily.
